FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

TRAVEL: a traveling fee of $75 is added to any location 30 minutes outside of the Triad area (High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem. Yes! I do travel outside of North Carolina for all shoots. Any shoot taking place out of state will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as travel and lodging requirements may vary.

DEPOSIT: a non-refundable 50% deposit is required when booking sessions. This is excludes graduation sessions!

All Spring 2025 Graduation Bookings are only $50 to book, the remainder is due the day of the shoot.

STUDIO: if desired, a studio rental fee will be added to your package. The rental fee is $65/hr but is subject to change based off studio rental space requirements.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: I do not control the weather but we can reschedule your shoot to another day for the same time based off availability!

EDITS AND CLIENT GALLERY: after your shoot is complete, please allow 24-48 hours for me to send you the photo gallery which will have all the photos captured during the shoot for you to select the amount based of the package. Please allow the agreed amount of time between both parties for any video deliveries. 2 Revisions are allowed if not satisfied. If the video calls for an entire re-edit, an additional fee will be charged based off scheduling and editing time. Turn around time for photos and videos are between 3-7 business days.

PHOTO AND VIDEO DELIVERY: After your session, I will upload your images to Pixieset for you to select the amount of photos for me to edit. Additional instructions will be provided to help you with the process of everything. All photos and videos captured will be uploaded to an online link via DropBox.
